CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ISLES OF
TAMARAC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR
THE ISLES OF TAMARAC CLUBHOUSES AND PROVID-
ING -AN --EFFECTIVE..-DATE. ........ .... . .... ........ ....... _ ....
WHEREAS, the Isles of Tamarac Homeowners Association, Inc.,
has filed with the City a cash warranty bond in the amount of
$500.00 posted for public improvements for the Isles of Tamarac
Clubhouse, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the cash warranty bond posted by the Isles
of Tamarac Homeowners Association, Inc., in the amount of $500.00
for public improvements for the Isles of Tamarac Clubhouse, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2:- This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ��f
