CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91--_V
A RESOLUTION REVISING THE FEE FOR IDENTIFI-
CATION CARDS TO BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMERS;
PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac City Code Section 12-57 gives the City
Council the authority to establish by resolution the fee
schedule for identification cards;
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to revise
the identification fees in order to defray the increased
preparation expense of identification cards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1 : Identification Card Fee - Amounts
(a) The fee for an identification card is $10.00 (ten
dollars)
SECTION 2 : That all Resolutions or parts of Resolu-
tions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent
of such conflict.
SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
