CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- oZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE COMPLETION OF THE IRRIGA-
TION SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES, INCORPORATED, FOR
FAIRFAX BUILDING B; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Incorporated, has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $8,700.00 to guarantee com-
pletion of the irrigation system at Fairfax, Building B; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the cash bond posted by Lennar Homes,
Incorporated, in the amount of $8,700.00 to guarantee com-
pletion of the irrigation system at Fairfax, Building B, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
