CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89- -6-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF
SALE ABSOLUTE FROM KODE FLORIDA LIMITED II FOR
THE WATER DISTRIBUTION IMPROVEMENTS FOR MCNAB
CORNERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA;
SECTION 1 : That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Kode Florida Limited II for the water distribution system for
McNab Corners is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
