CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-- �^
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY STARR
ASSOCIATES FOR STARR CENTRE A/K/A RUNDLE OFFICE
BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Starr Associates, has filed with the City a
cash performance bond in the amount of $5,140.00 to guarantee
public improvements at Starr Centre a/k/a Rundle Office
Building; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said cash bond less an amount of $1,285.00
to be retained by the City as a one year warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance bond posted by
Starr Associates in the amount of $5,140.00 less an amount of
$1,285.00 to be retained by the City as a one year cash
warranty bond for public improvements at Starr Centre a/k/a
Rundle Office Building, is HEREBY RELEASED. -
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
