CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- I
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY WATERFORD AT WOODMONT, LTD.,
FOR WATERFORD ISLES, (WOODMONT TRACT 59); AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Waterford at Woodmont, LTD, as Principal, and
Florida National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit #M-1510 in the amount of $7,846.75 posted
for public improvements for Waterford Isles, (Woodmont Tract
59); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That Letter of Credit #M--1510 posted by
Waterford at Woodmont, LTD., as Principal, and Florida
National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $7,846.75 for
public improvements for Waterford Isles, (Woodmont Tract 59)
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
