CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-/0
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
USE FOR A RESTAURANT WITH ON -PREMISES
CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE TO BAO-JU WANG,
PRESIDENT, D/B/A CHINA JEWEL, INC., LOCATED
AT 5435 NORTH STATE ROAD 7; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; on December 28, 1988, the City Council adopted
Resolution #R--88-347 granting a Special Exception to permit a
restaurant with on -premises consumption of beer and wine to
Domenic Palmieri, President d/b/a Wing City, Inc., located at
5435 North State Road 7, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS; the City Council wishes to transfer said
Special Exception to the new owner of the restaurant at the
above -mentioned location; and
WHEREAS; prior Resolution #R-88-347 provided that the
subject Special, Exception could not be transferred to any
other individual or location with City Council approval.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That the Special Exception permitting
consumption of beer and wine is HEREBY TRANSFERRED to Bao-Ju
Wang, President, d/b/a China Jewel, Inc., which will operate
its business at the same location.
SECTION 2 : The following conditions apply:
1. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00

a.m., local time, with no sale of beer and wine
prior to noon on Sundays -
2. The Special Exception is transferrable, adminis-
tratively, by City Staff, pursuant to compliance
with City Codes and submitting documentation.
3. The applicant shall be required to pay all appro-
priate administrative fees associated with the
Special Exception.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
