CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- 1 IZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED FOR
LANDSCAPING AT 84TH TERRACE SHOPPES, PERMIT
#87-1448; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, William, Ronald and Mitchell Domin have filed
with the City a cash bond in the amount of $2,625.00 to
guarantee installation of landscaping at 84th Terrace
Shoppes; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has found
that the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by William, Ronald
and Mitchell Domin in the amount of $2,625.00 for landscaping
at 84th Terrace Shoppes, Permit #87-1448 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
