CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- //cam
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR LOT GRADING TO CORRECT DRAINAGE DEFICIENCIES
AT 7545 BANYAN WAY, LOT 57, WOODMONT TRACT 63,
PERMIT #88- 994; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Antonucci and Bieber Builders filed with the
City a cash warranty bond in the amount of $600.00 posted for
lot grading to correct drainage deficiencies at 7545 Banyan
Way, Lot 57, Woodmont Tract 63; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond posted by
Antonucci and Bieber Builders in the amount of $600.00 for
lot grading to correct drainage deficiencies at 7545 Banyan
Way, Lot 57, Woodmont Tract 63, Permit #88-994 is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
