CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-�Q
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PORTION OF A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR OFF -SITE IMPROVEMENTS
BY TAMARAC-OXFORD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE
SPRING HOUSE (SABAL PALM CLUB HOUSE) PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac -Oxford Limited Partnership, has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $95,296.28 to
guarantee off -site improvements at the Spring House (Sabal
Palm Club House) project; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has
recommended that $75,296.28 be released retaining an amount
of $20,000.00 to be held by the City for the remainder of the
work to be completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a portion of the Cash Bond posted by
Tamarac -Oxford Limited Partnership, in the amount of
$75,296.28 for off -site improvements at Spring House (Sabal
Palm Club House) project, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
retainage of $20,000.00 of the posted Cash Bond for
completion of the remainder of the work.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /D day of 1989.
