CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- /;Z0
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED STREB'S SEAFOOD AND
STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT, 7111 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, TAMARAC; PETITION #9-Z-89; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the on -premises
consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises at the
proposed Streb's Seafood and Steakhouse Restaurant, 7111 West
Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing on April 5, 1989 and has recommended approval of this
application; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the application for special exception would be in keeping
with the public health, safety and general welfare of the
City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception
to permit the on -premises consumption of alcoholic beverages
at the proposed Streb's Seafood and Steakhouse Restaurant,
7111 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, Petition #9-Z-89, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
