CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89--"
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO APPROVE A ONE --YEAR EXTENSION TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH BESTWAY ARCHIVAL SERVICES FOR
STORAGE OF THE CITY'S VITAL RECORDS IN LIEU OF
GOING TO BID; PROVIDING FOR FEES AND CHARGES;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 14, 1986, the City Council, by adoption
of Resolution R-86-169, approved the bid of Bestway Archival
Services for the storage of the City's vital records; and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the City Clerk, the City
Council wishes to renew the Agreement with Bestway for one
additional year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
one-year extension to the Agreement with Bestway Archival
Services in lieu of going to bid for storage of the City's
vital records.
SECTION 2: That the fees shall remain the same as those
in the third year of the Agreement with Bestway Archival
Services, a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. c/

STORAGE AGREEMENT
BESTWAY ARCHIVAL SERVICES (BAS) hereby agrees to accept for a term of tpW0� _

Quoted storage rates are to remain in effect throughout the original term of the contract. Rates for
transportation, labor, and material may be changed upon thirty (30) days' notice to Depositors. Deposits
received before the 15th of the month are to be charged for full month, and, i received thereafter,
are to be charged for one-half ('/2) the month.
