CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-lotll
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
CLAIRMONT PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast
Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. 3981 in the amount of $21,957.00 to guarantee
paving and drainage at Clairmont Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $5,046.41.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 3981 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Southeast Bank, N.A.,
as Surety, in the amount of $21,957.00 for paving and
drainage at Clairmont Phase I, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$5,046.41.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
