CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-/7Z,?'
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MCDEVITT & STREET
COMPANY FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL PAVILION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McDevitt & Street Company, as Principal, and
The American Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the
City a Bond in the amount of $46,350.00 to guarantee public
improvements at University Hospital Pavilion; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $17,867.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond posted by McDevitt & Street
Company, as Principal, and The American Insurance Company, as
Surety, in the amount of $46,350.00 for public improvements
at University Hospital Pavilion, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject
to receipt of a one year warranty bond in the amount of
$17,887.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
