RESOLUTION NO. R-89-.Ze�,9
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF
SALE ABSOLUTE FROM TAMARAC HOSPITAL CORPORATION,
INC., FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVE-
MENTS FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL PAVILION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Tamarac Hospital Corporation, Inc., for the water
distribution system for University Hospital Pavilion, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thiscoff day of 1989.
