Modifications are to specifically address the vandalism situation at these locations. Inspection of the locations and explanations of specific require- ments can be arranged before submission • of bid. Please Note: There are three (3) locations to be considered. None of the three re- quire the exact same repairs and mod- ifications. The project is to be bid on a total project cost for all three lo- cations. This project will not be broken up into separate proposals for separate locations. Successful bidder must com- plete all repairs and modifications. The contractor must coordinate all the construction with the Public Works Dept. to eliminate any possible interference with normal operations at the three sites. Specifications and Requirements: All damaged posts to be removed from the ground and replaced with new posts set in concrete in a continuous pour and vibrated or tamped for consolidation.'
