CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-/:0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
APPROVING A REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR THE
PATRICIAN B; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, The Patrician B Plat was originally approved by
the City of Tamarac on May 25, 1988; and
WHEREAS, The Patrician B Plat Is the site of the pro-
posed Classic Commercial Villas project; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the City's Plat approval, Broward
County requested certain modification to The Patrician B
Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac wishes to approve a revised
Final Plat for The Patrician B which Incorporates the changes
required by Broward County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That upon recommendation of the Community
Development Department and the City Engineer, the revised
Final Plat for Patrician B Is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 : That the development review requirements of
the Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been satis-
fied.
SECTION 3 : That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the appropriate documentation evldenc-
Ing approval of the revised Plat.

SECTION 4 : This Resolution shall become effective
Immediately upon Its passage.
