CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89 ��
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL
FINANCIAL REPORT, OF WHICH THE AUDITORS REPORT,
PREPARED BY TOUCHE ROSS & CO., IS A PART, FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1987/88; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City of
Tamarac provides for an independent annual audit of all City
accounts by a certified public accountant or firm; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Touche Ross & Company has prepared
an independent annual audit of all City accounts pursuant to
the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the Compre-
hensive Annual Financial Report as prepared by the Finance
Department which includes the Auditor's Report as prepared by
Touche Ross & Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report, of which the Auditor's Report, prepared by Touche
Ross & Company, is a part, for Fiscal Year 1987/88, is HEREBY
ACCEPTED by the City Council.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ,/
