CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89 1_;-2
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR THE 1989
TAMARAC SUMMER RECREATION YOUTH PROGRAM; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a budget and an
outline for the Tamarac Summer Recreation Youth Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the budget
recommendation and proposal as presented and wishes to
authorize the collection of fees to support said program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the fees for residents of the City of
Tamarac participating in the 1989 Tamarac Summer Recreation
Youth Program shall be as follows:
$80.00 - one child
$60.00 - each additional child
SECTION 2: That the fees for non-residents of the City
of Tamarac participating in the 1989 Tamarac Summer
Recreation Youth Program shall be as follows:
$140.00 - per child
SECTION 3: That the fees for a non-resident relative of
a Tamarac resident participating in the 1989 Tamarac Summer
Recreation Youth Program shall be as follows:
$80.00 - one child
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
