R-89-_ A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR CHEMICAL FEED PUMP AND MOTOR FOR THE FLUORIDE BACKUP SYSTEM, BID NO. 88-44; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on December 5, 1988 and December 12, 1988; and WHEREAS, bids were opened on December 19, 1988; and WHEREAS., Wallace & Tiernan Division, Pennwalt Corp., is the lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
