RESOLUTION NO. R--89- / �3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY CHARLES E.
AND ANNE K. TUPPER AS A HOMEOWNERS WARRANTY
AGAINST CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE
NO. 76-26 FOR HOMES LOCATED AT 8810 NORTHWEST 75
COURT AND 8813 NORTHWEST 75 COURT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 01-86-REO-001
in the amount of $3,000.00, posted by Charles E. and Anne K.
Tupper pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26 as a warranty against
construction defects and Code violations for homes located at
8810 Northwest 75 Court and 8813 Northwest 75 Court, Permits
85-2162 and 85-2163, is HEREBY RELEASED to Charles E. and
Anne K. Tupper, (send to: Lucy A. Burgus, REO Manager, Coral
Gables Federal, 2511 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables,
Florida 33134-6084.)
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
