CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89- ZZ&
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ALL SAINTS LUTHERAN
CHURCH, INC., FOR ALL SAINTS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7550
NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, All Saints Lutheran Church, Inc., as Principal,
and Florida National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. M-1472 in the amount of $14,792.50 to
guarantee for public improvements at All Saints Lutheran
Church, 7550 North University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. M-1472 posted
by All Saints Lutheran Church, Inc., as Principal and Florida
National Bank as Surety, in the amount of $14,792.50 for
public improvements at All Saints Lutheran Church, 7550 North
University Drive, Tamarac is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ,`VG
