CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT
THE BUDGETEL INN PROJECT IN ORDER TO BEGIN THE
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD SUBJECT TO POSTING AN
ADDITIONAL CASH BOND TO THE BOND ALREADY HELD BY
THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Budgetel Inn, Inc., submitted a cash
performance bond to the City on September 10, 1987, in the
amount of $1,515.00; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected the
public improvements at the Budgetel Inn project and has found
them to be satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 24--6, the City
Council hereby accepts the public improvements at the
Budgetel Inn project in order to begin the one-year warranty
period subject to Budgetel Inn, Inc., posting an additional
cash bond in the amount of $22.50 to the $1,51.5.00 bond
already held by the City.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1989.
