CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO, R-89-- /66,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SCHARF AND
ASSOCIATES, INC., TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
SERVICES FOR THE RESTROOM AT VETERANS PARK; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City -officials are
hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with Scharf and
Associates, Inc., in the amount of $2,500.00 to provide
architectural services for the restroom at Veterans Park, a
copy of said agreement being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. //

RE: Architectural/Engineering Design Services
Proposed Restroom Facility
Veterans Park
Tamarac, Florida
This document constitutes an Agreement between the City of
Tamarac and Scharf & Associates, Incorporated to provide
architectural and engineering design services for a public
restroom facility to be located at Veteran's Park. The building
will be approximately 450 square feet and consist of a mens
rooms, womens room and small utility area in accordance with the
sketch prepared by the Public Works Department of the City of
Tamarac.
Scharf & Associates, Incorporated shall prepare Construction
Documents for the building including the following elements:
Item 1 Location Sketch
Item 2 Building Floor and Roof Plans, Lighting and Power
Drawings and Plumbing Drawings.
Item 3 Construction Specifications shall be included on the
drawings.
Sanitary water and electrical services shall be provided to the
building by the Utility Department. All surveys and geotechnical
testing are excluded from this proposal. The total fee for the
project shall be $2,500 plus reimbursable expenses up to $400 for
professional services required during the bidding phase and for
shop drawing approval at a billable rate of $50.00 per hour.
Printing costs for bidding will be reimbursable. Contract
Administration is excluded from the scope of these services.
