CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- 17
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED FOR
BEAUTIFICATION BY AUTO CARECENTERS OF AMERICA,
FOR AUTO CARE CENTER AT 2530 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Auto CareCenters of America, has filed with the
City a cash beautification bond in the amount of $1,065.00;
and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash beautification bond posted by
Auto Care Centers of America for Auto Care Center, (Permit
#87-1742) at 2530 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, in the
amount of $1,065.00, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
