CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- /
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THREE (3) REGULAR MEMBERS
AND ONE (1) ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing two
(2) regular members for terms expiring July 16, 1992,
one (1) regular member to fulfill a term expiring July 17,
1991 and one (1) alternate member for a term expiring
July 17, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 28-9 of the Code,
the following persons are hereby appointed as regular members
of the Board of Adjustment for terms to expire July 16, 1992:
John Hamilton
Jerry Fordin
SECTION 2: That the following person is hereby
appointed as a regular member to fulfill a term expiring
July 17, 1991:
Morton Lutzker
SECTION 3: That the following person is hereby
appointed as an alternate member for a term to expire
July 17, 1990:
Maida Bernstein
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. -Irk-1 ��
