RESOLUTION NO. R--89 -- 17 9
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED FROM THE CITY
OF TAMARAC TO THE SCHOOL BOARD.OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CONCERNING THE PROPERTY THAT IS BEING
EXCHANGED WITH THE SCHOOL BOARD IN CONNECTION WITH
THE MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute a warranty deed from the City of
Tamarac to the School Board of Broward County, Florida,
concerning the property that is being exchanged with the The
School Board in connection with the Multipurpose Building
Project, a copy of said warranty deed being attached hereto
as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
