CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- /
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS
FOR LAKE EXCAVATION, PHASE I, II, AND III; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Halls, as Principal, and
Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A. as Surety, has filed with
the City warranty Letter of Credit No. 370238 in the amount
of $38,812.50 to guarantee lake excavation Phases I, II, and
III; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That the warranty Letter of Credit No.
58 posted by Lakes of Carriage Hills, as Principal, and
Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A., as Surety, in the amount
of $38,812.50 for lake excavation, Phases I, II, and III, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 67Z.5 day of
1989.
