R-89- 190 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA REGARDING CERTAIN PROPERTY THAT IS BEING EXCHANGED WITH THE SCHOOL BOARD IN CONNECTION WITH THE TAMARAC MULTI -PURPOSE BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from the School Board of Broward County, Florida, regarding certain property that is being exchanged with the School Board in connection with the Tamarac Multi -Purpose Building project, a copy of said Warranty Deed being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
