CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-- /&:2--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE HYDRANT TAPS
BY ACTION VALVE INSTALLATION, INC., FOR TUW
PROJECTS 87-14A AND 89-17A, BIDS NO. 88-39 AND
88--40; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Action Valve Installation, Inc., has filed with
the City a cash bond in the amount of $500.00 to guarantee
installation of the fire hydrant taps for TUW Project 87--14A
and 88-17A, Bids No. 88-39 and 88-40; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Action Valve
Installation, Inc., in the amount of $500.00 for installation
of fire hydrant taps for TUW Project 87-14A and 88--17A, Bids
No. 88-39 and 88-40, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisoZ9 day of 1989.
