CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89- /Q-3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PAVING AND DRAINAGE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR BELFORT PHASE I AND
WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT FOR. A WARRANTY BOND; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected the
paving and drainage public improvements for the Belfort Phase
I project and has found them to be satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 24-6, the City
Council hereby accepts the paving and drainage public
improvements for Belfort Phase I and waives the requirement
for a warranty bond since the improvements have been
installed since July, 1986.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
