RESOLUTION NO. R-89- % 9
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PAVING AND
DRAINAGE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR BELFORT
PPASE:S III AND IV AND WAIVING THE REQUIRE-
MENT FOR A WARRANTY BOND; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected the
paving and drainage public improvements for the Belfort
Phases III and IV projects and has found them to be satis-
factory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 24--6, the
City Council hereby accepts the paving and drainage public
improvements for Belfort Phases III and IV projects and
waives the requirement for a warranty bond as the improve-
ments have been installed since July, 1986.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1989.
