CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. RW89-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PINE ISLAND -OXFORD
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR HIDDEN HARBOUR PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pine Island -Oxford Limited Partnership, as
Principal, and The Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety,
has filed with the City Bond No. 735G178-A in the amount of
$399,942.43 to guarantee public improvements at Hidden
Harbour; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $99,985.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 735G178-A posted by Pine
Island --Oxford Limited Partnership, as Principal, and The
Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety, in the amount of
$399,942.43 for public improvements at Hidden Harbour is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one --year warranty
bond in the amount of $99,985.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

1988.
