RESOLUTION NO. R-89- /"
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID TO RECONSTRUCT
150-FEET OF 8-INCH VCP SANITARY SEWER MAIN BY
FLEXIBLE LINING PROCESS, BID NO. 89-35; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on June 5, 1989 and June 12, 1989; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 16, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Madsen/Barr Corporation, is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Madsen/Barr Corporation, in
the amount of $11,275.00 to reconstruct 150-feet of 8-inch
VCP sanitary sewer main by flexible lining process, with
funds to be taken from TUW Account No. 425--367-535-6PI,
entitled Sewer Main Rehabilitation -Mission Lakes, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. _br_'
