WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on June 14, 1989 and June 21, 1989; and WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 26, 1989; and WHEREAS, Panzer Aluminum Products, is the lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
