CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-o2-0
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 233-1 FOR REVISED SITE PLAN FOR
WELLENS FURNITURE COMPANY; REFUNDING TRAFFIC
IMPACT FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac approved
Development Order No. 233-1 for the revised site plan for
Wellens Furniture Company on the 9th day of March, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Wellens Furniture Company paid Traffic Impact
Fees in the amount of $13,144.90 as required by said
Development Order No. 233-1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the petition of
Wellens Furniture Company for rescinding approval of
Development Order No. 233-1 for the revised site plan and
refunding of Traffic Impact Fees would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The approval of Development Order No. 233-1
for a revised site plan for Wellens Furniture Company as
approved by the Council of the City of Tamarac on the 9th day
of March, 1988, is Hereby Rescinded.
SECTION 2: The Traffic Impact Fees in the amount of
$13,144.90 as required for said Development Order No. 233-1
for the revised site plan approved by the City Council on
the 9th day of March, 1988, are hereby authorized to be
refunded to Wellens Furniture Company.
