CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89- 4, , 7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY J.D.A. EXCAVATING AND
PIPELINE, INC., FOR THE FRIEDES COMMERCE CENTER
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, J.D.A. Excavating and Pipeline, Inc., as
Principal, and Flagler National Bank, as Surety, has filed
with the City Letter of Credit No. 65-00100787 in the amount
of $15,810.00 posted for public improvements for the Friedes
Commerce Center Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 65-00100787 posted
by J.D.A. Excavating and Pipeline, Inc., as Principal, and
Flagler National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $15,810.00
for public improvements for the Friedes Commerce Center
Project, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Q
