CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
RELATING TO REORGANIZATION OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT;
PROVIDING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF
CERTAIN EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS WITHIN
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPART-
MENT; PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF
A CERTAIN OTHER EMPLOYMENT POSITION
WITHIN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Director of the Community Development
Department has expressed an intention to reorganize the
Department by the elimination of certain positions and
the creation of a certain other position; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the Comm-
unity Development Director's planned reorganization and
determined that it is in the City's best interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of
this Resolution.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby autho-
rizes the elimination of the following employment
positions from the Community,Development Department.

SECTION 2: That the City Council hereby
authorizes the creation of the following employment
position within the Community Development Department:..
