CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -89 az13
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
USE FOR A RESTAURANT WITH ON -PREMISES CONSUMP-
TION OF BEER AND WINE TO CYRIL ARJOON, PRESI-
DENT D/B/A FAMILY OVEN RESTAURANT, LOCATED AT
5299 NORTH STATE ROAD 7; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; on September 26th, 1984, the City Council
adopted Resolution R-84-293, granting a Special Exception
use to permit a restaurant with on -premises consumption of
beer and wine to Thomas Velentzas, President, d/b/a Family
Oven Restaurant, located at 5299 North State Road 7, Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS; the City Council wishes to transfer said
Special Exception Use to the new owner of the restaurant at
the above -mentioned location; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the Special Exception Use permitting
a restaurant with on -premises consumption of beer and wine is
HEREBY TRANSFERRED to Cyril Arjoon, President. d/b/a Family
Oven Restaurant, which will operate Its business at the same
location.
SECTION 2 : The following conditions shall apply:
1. The applicant shall be required to pay all
appropriate administrative fees and submit the
required documents associated with the Special Use
Exception Transfer.
2. The Special Exception Is transferable, adminls-
tratively, by City Staff, pursuant to compliance
with City Codes and submitting documentation.

3. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to
2:00 a.m., local time, with no sale of beer and
wine prior to noon on Sundays.
SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
Immediately upon Its passage.
