R-89- aZ/S' A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR DISPOSAL OF SCRAP WATER METERS AT TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST; BID NO. 89-41; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on Thursday, July 6, 1989 and Thursday, July 13, 1989; and WHEREAS, bids were opened on July 20, 1989; and WHEREAS, J & B Salvage, in the amount of $7.12, per meter is the fully responsive and responsible bidder. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
