CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-,
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR A MODEL SALES TRAILER AT 7006 N.W.
100TH TERRACE, ISLES OF TAMARAC, BY CHAPNICK/
WILLIAMS CORPORATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapnick/Williams Corporation, has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 for a
model sales trailer at Isles of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that.
the model sales trailer has been removed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Chapnick/
Williams Corporation, in the amount of $2,000.00 for a
model sales trailer at Isles of Tamarac, 7006 N.W. 100th
Terrace, is HEREBY RELEASED to Chapnick/Williams
Corporation, 3111 North University Drive, Suite431,
Coral Springs, Florida 33065.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1989.
