CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89 -,r
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC REVISING THE
PAY PLAN OF A PART TIME STRUCTURAL PLANS EXAMINER;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Director of Development Services has expressed
an intention to add a part time structural Plans Examiner
position to the Building Department; and
WHEREAS, to accommodate this position, a pay plan adjust-
ment is necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the Director of
Development Services plan and has determined that it is in the
City's best interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this Reso-
lution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby authorizes re-
vision of the Pay Plan of a part time Structural Plans Examiner
from Pay Plan 8, Range 24, to Pay Plan 5, Range 28.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immed i-
ately upon its passage. This Pay Plan shall commence July 24,
1989 for this part time position.
