Reso. #5530 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO.-R-89-1,1_�Z%" A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 253-w1 FOR GRANVILLE PROJECT FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SEC- TIONS 7-2 THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the application for a revised development order by the applicant for development approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application, staff. and Planning Commission recommenda- tions, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated August 10, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council. reviewed the revised develop- ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the appli- cation is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached Development. Review Status Sheet dated August 10, 1989 is granted a revised development order to proceed subject to the following conditions: A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development. Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. ON 1 Temp. R.eso. #5530 3 1 4 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than 5 one year from the date of this approval. If the development 6 does not commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in 8 accordance with applicable regulations. 9 C. The revised development order is assignable, but an 10 assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compli- 11 ance with the order unless the City Council consents to modify 12 any of the original requirements. 13 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue 14 the revised development order are set forth as follows: A, C /I' 15 16 SECTION 2: That the following documents are hereby 17 accepted and approved as a part of this revised development 18 order: 1 1. Water and Sewer Developers Agreement (Phase I) 2 2. Drainage Utility and Canal Maintenance Easement. 21 3.
