RESOLUTION NO. R
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
USE FOR A RESTAURANT WITH CARRY -OUT TO ANTONIO
FAVILLA, PRESIDENT D/B/A ANTHONY'S PIZZA &
PASTA, INC., LOCATED AT 7168 NORTH UNIVERSITY
DRIVE: AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; on April 12th, 1989, the City Council adopted
Resolution R-89-92, granting a Special Exception use to
permit a carry -out restaurant to Corey R. Bemis d/b/a Bankers
Pizza, Inc., located at 7168 North University Drive, Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS; the City Council wishes to transfer said
Special Exception Use to the new owner of the restaurant at
the above -mentioned location; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the Special Exception Use permitting
a restaurant with carry -out, granted April 12, 1989 by
Resolution R-89-92 to Corey R. Bemis d/b/a Bonkers Pizza,
Inc., located at 7168 North University Drive, Tamarac, Is
HEREBY TRANSFERRED to Antonio Favilla, President, d/b/a
Anthony's Pizza & Pasta, Inc., which will operate Its
business at the same location.
SECTION 2
The following conditions shall apply:
A. The applicant shall be required to pay all
appropriate administrative fees and submit the
required documents associated with the Special Use
Exception Transfer.
B. The Special Exception is transferable, adminis-
tratively, by City Staff, pursuant to compliance
with City Codes and submitting documentation.

C. Seating Is limited to forty (40) persons.
D. The applicant shall not permit the sale of or
on premise consumption of alcoholic beverages,
unless Special Exception Use approved by City.
SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
Immediately upon Its passage.
