CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-: -._ -L31
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT EXPANSION INTO AN ADJACENT BAY AT
8146 AND 8150 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, IN SUN-
FLOWER SHOPPING PLAZA REQUESTED BY FERRO PIZZA,
INC., PETITION #20--Z-89; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit expansion into an
adjacent bay at 8146 and 8150 North University Drive, Sunflower
Shopping Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, the Council. of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the expansion into an adjacent bay at 8146 and 8150
North University Drive, Sunflower Shopping Plaza, requested by
Ferro Pizza, Inc., Petition #20-Z-89, IS HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: /A
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
