CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89-,;?-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
AT 8146 AND 8150 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE,
SUNFLOWER SHOPPING PLAZA; REQUESTED BY FERRO
PIZZA, INC., PETITION #21-Z-89; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of a special exception to permit. the on -premises
consumption of beer and wine on the premises at 8146 and 8150
North University Drive, Sunflower Shopping Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended aproval of this application; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
application for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception to
permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine at 8146 and
8150 North University Drive, Sunflower Shopping Plaza requested
by Ferro Pizza, Inc., Petition #21-Z-89 is hereby approved.
