RESOLUTION NO. R-89---,7- �3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A RFNFWAL OF A WAIVER
TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY WELLENS
FURNITURE COMPANY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Wellens Furniture Company has requested
renewal of a waiver to Sign Code governing temporary
directional signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLOR.IDA:
SECTION 1: That the renewal of a waiver to the Sign
Code requested by Wellens Furniture Company for a second
temporary ground directional sign to be erected west of the
driveway entrance at 3801 W. Commercial Boulevard, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
This approval is granted for one year from
October 28, 1989.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption. r
