RESOLUTION NO. R-89-e,,Z(p
A RESOLUTION DECLARING VARIOUS UTILITIES
DEPARTMENT SCRAP MATERIALS AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is desirous of disposing of
various Utilities Department materials which are no longer
used or which have become obsolete or worn out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the various Utilities Department scrap
materials listed on the attached "Exhibit 1" are hereby
declared surplus property.
SECTION 2: The City Administration is hereby authorized
to proceed with implementing the procedures for the disposing
of the above referenced surplus property pursuant to the Code
of Ordinances and all applicable law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ,Z 7 day of
