A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE TAMARAC
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A STATEMENT OF
UNDERSTANDING AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY WITH THE
CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE PERTAINING TO USE BY THE
TAMARAC POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE FORT LAUDERDALE
MOTORCYCLE TRAINING FACILITY LOCATED AT 1300
WINGATE ROAD, FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate Tamarac City officials
are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with the City
of Fort Lauderdale pertaining to use by Tamarac Police
Department of the Fort Lauderdale Motorcycle Training
Facility located at 1300 Wingate Road, Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, a copy of said agreement being attached hereto as
"Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
