CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89 -11ZI8I
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
CALIFORNIA FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN FOR THE
PROJECT LOCATED AT 5900 ROCK ISLAND ROAD,
TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN.EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, California Federal Savings & Loan has filed with the
City a cash warranty bond in the amount of $908.50 posted for
public improvements for the project located at 5900 Rock Island
Road, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond posted by California
Federal Savings & Loan in the amount of $908.50 for public improve-
ments at the project located at 5900 Rock Island Road, Tamarac, is
Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon adoption. �ilk-'
